You are not the only one! More than half of Chinese college students suffer from hair loss, according to a recent survey conducted by China Youth Daily. The study reveals half of the students start to experience hair loss during college, and over 60 percent of students have taken measures to treat the condition. Over 70 percent of students said the hair loss has led to a bad mood, and more than 30 percent of students said it dramatically influences their daily lives and study. As for the cause of hair loss, nearly 90 percent of students think that “staying up late and insomnia” are the leading causes of hair loss, while around 80 percent consider it being caused by too much stress.
日前,中国青年网校园通讯社对全国643所高校的大学生进行问卷调查,结果显示:超5成大学生有脱发困扰,半数学生在大学期间开始脱发,超7成学生处于轻微脱发状态,超6成学生曾采取措施缓解脱发;近8成学生认为脱发影响学习生活,超7成学生认为脱发会让心情变差;“熬夜失眠”“精神压力大”“饮食不规律”成脱发主要原因,超9成学生认为少熬夜能缓解脱发。大学生是否有脱发困扰比例。
调查显示:88.96%的大学生认为“熬夜失眠”会造成脱发,80.56%选择“精神压力大”,68.58%选择“饮食不规律”,65.94%选择“错误的洗护方式”,44.01%选择“营养不良”,38.1%选择“经常染发烫发”,33.59%选择“家族遗传”,30.64%则认为是“正常的生理现象”。
