What scares a woman the most?
When I did an Internet search on this question, I got all sort of bogus results. Guy stuff, ladybits, hair-loss and all other meaningless things.
Then there were somewhat generic but convincing answers like sexism, being judged and disliked, and failed relationships.
However, I think what a woman should fear the most is other women.
If you have had trouble working with a male boss, you should try working for a female. Then you would know what I am talking about.
Female bosses can be as sexually prejudiced as males. Even though they must have been in the same position themselves, they show lack of confidence in their female subordinates, get jealous of them and prefer male colleagues.
They can very easily feel threatened, and if you perform too well, they might think you are trying to outshine them.
Anything can make them dislike you; your looks, your style, your popularity and even your inability to make mistakes, which robs them of the chance to reprimand you, can cause dissention.

A mother-in-law can hate her daughter-in-law just because her son is happy with her and doesn’t seem to need his mother anymore.
There are no age barriers to stop one woman from hating or being jealous of another woman.

I’m not claiming that all women are drooling for the blood of other women, but surveys and studies have shown that 85 percent of women have faced more wrath from other women than from men. Women tend to buy nice things to impress other women, while men tend to do the opposite.
