9月10日，这个对于每个人来说都无比特别的日子。或许会有人想起高三冲刺时老师那句温暖的鼓励；或许有人会想起儿时调皮被发现后老师严厉的批评；也许有人早已忘记当年那个鬓角有些发白的班主任长什么样子。明明是上学时最怕见到人，毕业后却变成了最想念的人。今天，让我们看看这位最可爱的人为我们带来哪些感动。

【Teacher makes map for home visit in villages】

Lan Songlin, a science teacher for 16 years in Tashi junior high school, solved the problem of finding homes of students in villages by drawing a handy map that works better than navigation apps in June 2017.

The families of the school's 583 students are mostly scattered in 130 villages in a mountainous town of Quzhou city, Zhejiang province. Some are remote and some lack transportation. The village names are constantly changing due to merger of villages. Many names of roads have yet to be uploaded on the digital map. All these add difficulties to the teachers' home visit, especially for a dozen or so non-local teachers who do not work long there.

A new teacher was led to a cemetery by the navigation app during a home visit. While others took it as a joke, Lan decided to create a map after hearing the story.

Having been to each and every village where the students live in, Lan was able to dot the lines to show the villages' locations based on his memory formed through years of experience. Phone calls were also made to village committees to confirm the names.

At the teachers' meeting before last year's home visit, Lan showed the map and received praise from his colleagues and leaders. Since then, a copy of the hand-drawn map has become a must for teachers paying home visits.

【亲手绘制家访地图的老师】

2017年6月，在塔石初中任教16年的科学教师——蓝松林手绘了一张比导航更加详细的便捷地图，解决了老师们去村子里做学生家访时找不到房子的问题。

该校的583名学生家庭分布在浙江省衢州市的一个山区城镇之中，这个镇子里还有130个村庄。有些村子很偏僻，有的地方还没有可以直接抵达的交通工具。这些村庄的名字由于政府的改建、合并而不断变化，所以有很多道路名称尚未记载到智能导航上。这些都为教师的家访增加了难度，尤其是那些初来乍到、工作时间并没有太长的年轻教师。

令人哭笑不得的是，还曾经有一位新来的老师在结束家访回家的时候被导航带到了墓地。当其他人都把这件事当作笑话一笑置之时，蓝老师却萌生了一个想法——制作一张家访地图。

由于蓝老师之前几乎到访过所有学生的家，所以其凭借多年的经验和记忆，画出了每个村庄的详细位置，还亲自打电话到村民委员会确认姓名。去年家庭访问前，蓝老师在全体教师的会议上展示了手绘的地图，得到了他的同事和领导的赞扬。从那时起，手绘地图的复印件也就成为了这所学校家访教师的必需品。

蓝老师的这一举动看似容易，实则浸透着他对学生的爱和教育事业的奉献。白纸上画着的密密麻麻的曲线和小字仿佛印刻在上面一样，走过无数次的路跃然纸上，一副地图不仅承载着学生的信息，更承载着老师们对于学生的爱和希望。

当我们只是一名学生时，也许会埋怨老师太过严苛，也许层抱怨过作业留的太多。但当我们真的长大成人走上社会，多年后再回首，当年那个意气风发站在讲台上的人不知何时已两鬓斑白，步履也不如过去那样稳健。但唯一不变的是，黑板上密密麻麻的公式和古诗，望向学生时充满期待的目光，还有，还有关怀爱护学生的那颗赤诚之心。
